Is there a minimum order quantity?

With most products, our minimums start at 100pcs. With bulk embroidery orders, our minimums start at 10pcs.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we do! The timeline for designs may vary, but here’s a general guideline:

  • Simple Designs: ~1 week
  • Moderately Complex: ~2 weeks
  • Highly Complex: ~3 weeks

We offer multiple free revisions within the scope of the project. Any major changes or additional requests may incur extra costs

How long does production take?

Production times can vary based on product, but here's a general guideline:

  • Stickers: ~1.2 weeks
  • Embroidered Apparel: ~1 week
  • Epoxy Keychains: ~2-3 weeks
  • Enamel Pins/Keychains: ~2-3 weeks
  • Tote bags: ~1 month

Please allow for at least 2 months in advance for bigger orders like pins and tote bags to ensure a smooth and timely delivery. This will also give us time to create samples for you to approve of before mass production

Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We can provide digital mockups, and in some cases, physical samples (fees may apply). Let us know what you need!

What file formats do you need for logos or designs?

We prefer high-resolution files such as AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, or SVG. If you’re unsure, send us what you have, and we’ll let you know if it works!

Can you provide quotes for your products?

Do you ship orders or is pickup available?
